# Register Any Day Directly. School is not involved, in any manner.

Exam will be conducted thrice in a year - September, December and June.

You can decide in which month to give the exam in an academic year. Your child can give the exam only once. Exact date / time for the online exam, will be informed after registration.

# Registration fee is Rs 50 only, same for ALL COUNTRIES (less than 1 USD).

Registration is done "directly", and not through schools.

One can register any day.


# One exam will be conducted online.


Syllabus for the exam will be all the words shared on our webpage, after registration. There will be 1000+ words for all grades. Only for Senior Kg it will be 500+ words. The word lists will be on our website and same have to be noted down by child to learn. Word lists will be provided in two lots - Regular and Advanced.


# Words will be dictated in the exam and the child has to write (can write in capital or small letetrs as it suits the child). The test will be 'pre recorded'. It will start at the scheduled time, on the exam date. The exam can be given only once.


# There will be two lots of dictation - Regular Words and Achievers Words. Marks per word will be higher for 'Achievers Words'. Later will be from the Advanced word list only.


# Any help from anyone else during the exam will lead to disqualification, without any discussion.


# No talking or asking questions or asking to repeat the words will be allowed.


# Answers of the final Certificate exam will not be shared at all.


# Online exam link will be shared. If there are any changes in it, we will inform before 24 hours of the exam date.


# All participants will get certificate. It will be sent by email ONLY, within a month of the exam. All will not get it on the same day.


# Top three rank holders of each grade, in an academic year will be informed about the same. No rank to all others. All participants of the three exam dates will be considered to give the ranks.So, the ranks will be given after June exam ONLY.


# A rank may be shared among the participants. There can be two first rank holdres. In such a case, we will not declare rank 2. There can be three first rank holdres. In such a case, we will not declare ranks 2 and 3. And if there are more than three first rank holders all will get Rank 1. There wil be no lmit to that.


# The top three rankers of each grade (in a academic year) will get H&D Scholarship valued as follows.


Rank 1 : Rs 1000


Rank 2 : Rs 500


Rank 3 : Rs 250


In case of multiple rank holders the scholarship value will be shared among them.


# H&D Scholarship awarded will be sent vide online bank transfer within a month. Bank details have to be shared by rank holders vide email. All will not get it on the same day.


# SELECT STUDENTS will be announced for the HALL OF FAME. Their exam score % as well as photograph will be put up on our website (as above) and social media pages/groups. We will request for photograph of such students.


# All decisions will be at our sole discretion, and will not be open for any discussion.
